About Us
Meet Tina — Creator, Coach, and Quiet Cheerleader for Your Calm
Welcome!
Hi, I’m Tina — writer, teacher, certified Art Therapeutic Life Coach, and proud parent of two amazing adult children (one in Hawaii, the other in Alaska — talk about long-distance love). I hold a BS in Psychology from VCU and certifications in English and Social Sciences, but more importantly, I’ve lived the rollercoaster I write about.
Bright and Balanced Life was born out of the real stuff: burnout, breakthroughs, quiet cups of coffee, and loud kitchen laughter. It’s built for the seekers, the overthinkers, the joyful criers, and everyone in between.
I believe in the power of self-love, slowing down, and honoring the small wins — because healing and balance don’t come from hustle, they come from home.
